Ingredients


Polelu or Bakshyalu:- these are three types
1st type: Pappu Polelu:-
Sugar or Jaggery - 1cup
Bengal Gram - 1cup
Wheat flour - 1cup
Salt - 2pinches
Ghee

2nd type: Sajja Polelu:-
Sugar or Jaggery - 1cup
Sajja Ravva - 1cup
Wheat flour - 1cup
Ghee

3rd type: Kobbari Polelu:-

How to prepare:Polelu(Bakshyalu) Recipe


1st type: Pappu Polelu:-

Take wheat flour add sald and make it as a chapati flour by adding water. Take a bowl pour 2cups water is it putit on stove add Bengal gram after boiling add jiggery to it. And mix it in a mixy.

Now take wet wheat flour make that as chapathi take mix of Bengal gram and jiggery put it on the chapatti and close it, make a round, and make it again as chapatti. Take a pan and bake it two sides.. .
2nd type: Sajja Polelu:-

same as the above method using ingredients of 2nd list.
3rd type: Kobbari Polelu:-
same as the above method ,just add kobbari turum to the mix.
