How to prepare:Ugadi Padi Annam Recipe
Take a pan take ghee in that put it on stove. Fry the dry fruits in ghee. Take it in plate.
Put a big bowl on stove pour six cups of water in it. When the water boils add washed rice,wheat, Bengal gram. After boiling add jiggery. After five mintues add dryfruits. This recipic called padi.
This padi offered to Gouridevi. On ugadi people make this padi as five parts.and make them as balls. Take a 21 banyan leaves Vistari (made with leaves by stiching with sticks). Put the five balls in that Vistari and offer it to Gouridevi with singing of Mangala Harathi.
